Promoting Georgia in Philippines

The Georgian ambassador Mr. Zurab Aleksidze and the President of PCCI had a great meeting today. They exchanged MoU signatures between chambers of commerce of Georgia and Philippines. Launching of an exhibit of the 1.8 million year old human skulls , from Dmanisi, republic of Georgia was a big success. Anthropologists unearthed the skull at a site in Dmanisi, a small town in southern Georgia, where other remains of human ancestors, simple stone tools and long-extinct animals have been dated to 1.8m years old. Skull of Homo erectus throws story of human evolution into disarray. The spectacular fossilised skull of an ancient human ancestor that died nearly two million years ago has forced scientists to rethink the story of early human evolution. For those who are interested into knowing more, feel free to visit the exhibit at Ateneo de Manila University, Katipunan Avenue, Queson city and enjoy the amazing experience. Today we presented Georgian food and wine in Manila. Everyone LOVED Georgian food very much!
