School Exchange

The Georgian Cultural Center in the Netherlands is happy to be partnering with schools around the world and in Georgia. These exchange programs allow students (14 - 18 years old) to experience different cultures and levels of education. Our “School Exchange” programs are home stay based meaning our students live with host families during their visits. In turn, exchange students from partner schools live with families in Georgian communities. Since no student or chaperone has to pay room or board, the cost of visiting another country is greatly reduced. Students only have to pay for flights to Georgia.

With this set-up, foreign students will go to Georgia for 3 weeks. They will have a chance to travel the country and explore the culture. They will be exposed to the Georgian food, dance, music, art, local life, people, and more. Likewise, Georgian students will go to the foreign country where they will live with the family and study for around 3 weeks.

University Exchange Program

The Georgian Cultural Center in the Netherlands is happy to support and connect American University Students with Georgian Universities so that they may experience studying in a truly unique country, Georgia. With this particular exchange program, the university students would go to one of our partner universities either for one semester or for one year. They will have a chance to study regular areas of study and explore Georgia’s culture, food, dance, music, art, local life, people, and more. Students would be housed in campus residence halls.

We are partnered with Black Sea University, Tbilisi State University, the State University of Georgia, and Sokhumi University.
